General information about the processing of personal data

Unless otherwise stated, Cph Apps ApS only collects and processes your personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of this website and to ensure its functionality.
In cases where we obtain your consent for processing personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for the processing.
Where we collect personal data for the purpose of a contract between you and Cph Apps ApS, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for the processing. This also applies when processing is necessary to take actions at your request before entering into a contract.
In cases where we process your personal data to comply with a legal obligation to which Cph Apps ApS is subject, Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for the processing.

Processing of your personal data when you visit our website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

We collect certain information about your device each time you visit our websites.
The following data is collected and logged in our systems:
