Kontorland ready with their ESG-report

17. November 2024

Kontorland is not subject to CSRD themselves, but multiple of their biggest clients are.

Kontorland experienced that multiple of their biggest clients, who are now subject to CSRD, had an expectation of Kontorland providing an ESG-report and they are proud now to be able to.

In August, Kontorland had their first meeting with ESGinform and just 3 months later, their ESG-report was ready and available on their website.

Lena Astrid Nielsen explains the background to getting started:
”We experienced a growing pressure from bigger clients, since they are now met with the legal requirements of ESG-reporting, and because of this they also needed our ESG-report for their accounts,” she explains and continues:
”More and more customers are demanding documentation for green considerations, green products and greener accounts from their suppliers and part of climate change mitigation. For a long time, we have had a focus on the environment and sustainability and through an SMV:Green-programme we have created a strategy for our environmental and sustainability initiatives.”

Kontorland was already well in the process of reducing their impact, but with ESGinform they now have a concrete tool.

“Going through the process of the ESG-report with ESGinform as a tool has meant that we in the company have had an even deeper look at ourselves and created an even bigger focus on the entire subject of sustainability,” Lena Astrid Nielsen states and says that it was easy to get started.
“Using ESGinform has made it easy to get through the process of making our ESG-report, and in working with Susanne it became much more concrete and clear. We have been very happy with the collaboration.”
